Where do you deliver to?

We are located in Leonay and can deliver to most of Greater Sydney and the Blue Mountains. When selecting a box, type in your address and it will show if delivery is available in your area, and what the cost is.

Can I customise the grazing box / table?

Absolutely! We want to ensure that you are happy with your order. You don’t like olives? No problem! You want to swap out the dip? Sure thing! Please, if you would like to make any changes, don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll cater to you.

I can’t select the date I want, what do I do?

We operate between Thursday to Sunday, so if we are booked out for a specific day, unfortunately you won’t be able to select that date on the website. If you had a special event happening on another day of the week, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll see if we can accommodate you!

Do you cater for special requirements?

Yes! We can cater for gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan, nut free and halal requirements. If it’s not available on the booking form, send us an email at alicia@figandolivegrazing.com.au.

What is your cancellation policy?

Grazing Tables:

In the case of cancellations notified thirty (30) days or more prior to your event, fig & olive grazing will refund the full amount paid.

In the case of cancellations received between seven (7) and twenty nine (29) days, fig & olive grazing will retain the 20% deposit of the full amount, and refund the remainder to the customer.

In the case of cancellations received six (6) days or less, fig & olive grazing will retain the full amount paid.

If you would like to postpone your grazing table to another date, that can be done with no additional cost involved, as long as the date is available and we are notified more than ten (10) days in advance. 

If your event is cancelled due to COVID-19 lockdown and you’re unable to postpone your event, you can use some of the funds to purchase grazing boxes, convert to gift cards, or choose to receive a full refund. If you choose to purchase grazing boxes and / or gift cards, any remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.

Grazing Boxes and Platters:

In the case of cancellations of grazing boxes and platters received seven (7) days or more, fig & olive grazing will refund the full amount paid.

In the case of cancellations of grazing boxes and platters received between four (4) and six (6) days, fig & olive grazing will retain 20% of the full amount, and refund the remainder to the customer.

In the case of cancellations of grazing boxes and platters received three (3) days or less, fig & olive grazing will retain the full amount paid.

If you would like to postpone your grazing box or platter to another date, that can be done with no additional cost involved, as long as we are notified more than four (4) days in advance.
